Antique/Vintage Safe-Guard Check Writer Model F 254974 (Rare).  There is normal wear, but in very nice condition for the age of the writer.  The Handle goes into positions with ease and all the mechanical devices seem to operate/move as they should.  Please view the attached photos to see Condition.  Will answer questions to the best of my Knowledge.
