Vintage Remington Rand 1940s Adding Bookkeeping Calculating Machine Works.
This item has been tested and does appear to work. It prints very light though so it may need a new ribbon or whatever this would have used.
It has a very cool art deco look to it and would definitely suit any vintage man cave.
